As your TS Event Partner we work alongside the Trade Stand Manager cajoling, guiding and providing skills and knowledge to create a MASTER EXHIBIT PLAN. That begs the question “What is an Exhibit Plan?” There are two essential ingredients the hardware and the software.

  • The Hardware refers to the actual exhibit and materials – the physical means of creating the right image and attracting the right audience.
  • The Software includes the planning and implementation of programmes required to facilitate face-to-face interactions.

Tell me more about Ambassador Training

1 day courses normally run for teams of up to 8 people from 9.30 am until 4.30 pm with natural breaks at a venue of your choice providing refreshments and lunch.  All course materials including folders, templates and worksheets used including any hire fee for pre-recorded education videos are included in the fee. Expenses charged at cost with £1 per mile for travel by car. All training fees are payable when booking and cancellations up to 28 days are accepted – subject to a 20% admin fee; after this the full training fee is charged.

Exhibitor training can be delivered by way of a talk to the room or in one-day workshop(s). Some organisers have opted for printed material sent in their own brand format to a selection of exhibitors eg those exhibiting for the first time. Others asked me to work with their marketing and sales team to prepare their own materials.  Whatever your choice of delivery you will enhance the relationship you have with your exhibitors.
